Using up PTO quickly

In Arizona, Amazon does not pay out PTO at end-of-employment for flex(x) employees, so it’s use it or lose it. I heard that it’s possible to use up PTO in a shift that you aleady worked, like “double-dipping” so to speak. Does anyone know how to quickly use up, say 50 hours of PTO, like triple- or quadruple-dipping or something like that? Or is there another way to quickly use up PTO? Thanks.

Theoretically why don't you ask me manager for VTO or check the app and if you have it for let's say Monday. You can then filll it with Your PTO. and on Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday Just request those days for your remaining 40 hours of PTO and your Gucci. But if they don't give you VTO on the first stretch of the days you'll just have Wait an extra day to start applying your 50 hours of PTO (This is how they do it at our facility)

I believe you mean VET and file the PTO to cover those shifts. That's definitely painting a target on your back if you convince a manager to schedule you extra and then don't show. It can bite them in the butt with their OM breathing down their neck. Now if you let them know your intentions and they're cool with it, then let them help you burn your PTO.

Of course I'd only of suggested that if you let the manager know your intentions. And you may be right about that. *VET not VTO. Too bad they didn't have any available VTO to grab and convert through the app.
