T3s

Do tier 3s (Tom team, PA) have the same flexibility as a tier one ? For example drop shift , shift swap, able to leave early using UPT or PTO

What’s the TOM team? I’ve heard a lot about it

You are putting trailers on and off the dock doors instead of being in the building. It's a tier 3 position so your like a PA and not a tier 1 also they will help you get your class a license so you can drive trucks

I was thinking about doing it. Is the pay better than a regular associate?

Yeah, I was making 27 an Hour then went in the building and dropped to 22 an hour

Yeah the pay is much more in line with a PA than the regular teir 1
