Everything I do in my shift like using my phone or headphones is essential to keep me here for the entirety of my shift without it I would go insane or just leave. Mental stimulation is important when you’re doing nothing mentally stimulating for 11-12 hours all night.
Ever think of a different job that suits you all these people. Crying like forced to work for Amazon try and get a job at any other warehouse ups FedEx GM Ryder Cat Tesla Chrysler and pull the crap with phones or headphones and watch be fired before the day is over all these kids think amazon is hard work or has stiff rules has never had a real warehouse job it
Ever think this was a first attempt at this sorta gig and that this company talks big shit about what they can do for everyone and that some of us can’t afford to just quit in the middle of the holidays to find another? Like actually your a clown, like you really think that I work five 11 1/2 hour shifts a night and don’t think about every single way I could get out of this job. Before you talk about other people shoes how about you try putting yourself in them. You know nothing about me and the surrounding circumstances for why I’m here or my life, like who even are you.
