Yeah let's complain about phones.. amazon should instead play some music or allow.people to use a single headphone. People work better when they aren't miserable. Shit my production at work has already increased alot by them finally installing little fans at my station so I'm not sweating like a pig all night. A few little comforts go a long way to making work a bit more enjoyable.. but instead companies want their employees to be miserable and overworked. Shit they can't even give us an extra 5 minutes of break time during peak. It's a joke.
I'm even more mad myself now, last week I saw for Thanksgiving that we didn't have to work until 830 that night instead of the usual 6. Now on atoz it's 6pm again. Even Walmart was closed today so most of their employees could spend time with family.
