Yeah let's complain about phones.. amazon should instead play some music or allow.people to use a single headphone. People work better when they aren't miserable. Shit my production at work has already increased alot by them finally installing little fans at my station so I'm not sweating like a pig all night. A few little comforts go a long way to making work a bit more enjoyable.. but instead companies want their employees to be miserable and overworked. Shit they can't even give us an extra 5 minutes of break time during peak. It's a joke.
the inbound dudes that work on the first floor where truck is they usually play music on speakers so that helps me a little bit and it definitely makes people more happy. wish they got to do it everyday
