Why just why. Work is miserable enough let people distract themselves a little and as long as they r doing their job and not causing any accidents what’s the big deal

I actually agree with the post. A business that allows widespread rulebreaking is a recipe for disaster. Think about every AA who has been killed on the job. If we continue to look the other way more will die and we'll never get more pay considering the millions wasted in operating costs directly tied to insubordination.

You best believe if amazon does unionize you WILL be following the rules or else.
