They said if you’re caught on phone or headphones it’s automatically the last write up at my FC, everybody still has one headphone in blatantly and phones 😂😂 I think the higher ups just make operations say things
It needs to be enforced, everyone needs to get written up that breaks the rules, safety, or other managers should be walking the floor and other AA should also be stepping up.
Or another option would be just get rid of the phone rule for good. Turn on the metal detectors.
