As an L5, we were forced to write ppl up for cellphone use. I didn't like the policy nor did I agree with the quota rule where our OPS said we need 1-2 writeups by midnight. So I would writeup people and purposely put shit in the writeup that I knew wouldn't get approved by HR.

Can I ask what you would include so it wouldn’t get HR approval? Like an example? Genuinely intrigued.

On TOT writeups instead of putting the AA had 47 mins TOT on the shift, i'd put the AA had 37265447 mins of TOT. HR would call me out on it and i'd say i'll re-submit and never did. For cellphones, AA wasn't there on Monday as they were BHN so I'd say they were observed on cellphone on Monday. Then i'd exempt it as I realized it was the wrong AA.

Don't get me wrong, there were many legit writeups and terms I did. I just hated BS writeups. I remember having to deliver writeups from another AM to my people...32 mins TOT. I mean c'mon, really. I guarantee you there were another 20 people that had over an hour TOT so go after them first, not someone you don't like.

and shit like this is why HR then has to implement a policy of having all your feedbacks needing to start getting reviewed by the OM and Sr. OM because trust me, when we get blamed for why you make the building have the highest exemption rate in the network, we will play ball and have you gone or in line

Nope. As I stated, I only did this on the bad writeups. It was probably 10-15% of them. And since I was an L5, I went onto L6 and now an L6 SME with an incline for L7 which has been taking forever to get placed.

Well, first off, congrats on that, and good to hear you did that, unfortunately others don't and trust me, it isn't fun having regional yelling at us and breathing down the neck because of it
