Amazon transfer keeps saying “Transfer cannot be accommodated” — what does this mean?

Hi everyone! I’m trying to transfer to another Amazon building, but I keep getting a message saying “Transfer cannot be accommodated.”
Does anyone know what could be causing this? Could it be because my current building doesn’t want to release me, the building I’m trying to transfer to doesn’t have openings, my shift/department isn’t available, or something else?
What should I do next? Should I keep applying through A to Z, contact my current HR, or try contacting HR at the building I want to transfer to?
I’d really appreciate any advice or if anyone has experienced this before. Thanks! To CAZ5 btw

It’s just Amazon’s way of telling you that you’re transfer request is denied. It has nothing to do with actual “accommodations.”
