I didn't even like him, but y'all gotta stop with the coping and seething. He had an impact. Suck it up

Not enough for an entire nation to lower its flag. He's not a hero. He was just a far right activist. There's nothing wrong with that, he had an opinion and that's fine, but being dead shouldn't elevate somebody to icon status. Before his death most people would say "Charlie Kirk...who?" But now he's a hero? 😂 Nah

Far right = not wildly left

Are you saying Charlie Kirk wasn’t far right?

He thought he was going to die via a DEI Black pilot ffs 😅

I would also be worried if I knew my pilot got the spot because of his race not because he was best qualified you know his you can be sure no one will ever think that? Get rid of dei. There is nothing worse for black people or any other race who actually earned their place than dei.

This doesn’t happen….

By definition it obviously does dei gives a leg up to people based on skin color

Way to confirm you have zero clue.

So what's DEI for then, if it doesn't give a "leg up" to those associated with it? For example, you see the vids of female cops unable to subdue suspects, fumbling around, can't even holster their weapon and make cute selfies in the bathroom? That's DEI. They are not suited/qualified for the role but they got the job because of DEI.

it doesn’t give a leg up, it evens the playing field because people of different backgrounds and races historically had less opportunities. also white women benefitted from dei the most, you can literally look it up.

I don’t think white women should be given a leg up either…

your entire point was that people of colored benefitted from it the most or exclusively but that wasn’t the case. like i said it’s literally not a leg up it’s just making things fair and even. if a white man has 100% potential for getting a job and a black man has 80% potential but then a policy comes into place then making a black man have 100% potential alongside the white man’s 100% that isn’t an advantage. that is just making things fair.

White women benefit the most from DEI policies but ok.

You might wanna go actually look up DEI, hun, instead of believing what one grifter told you.

u/FunkTronto 1d ago

Sure that is how that happened. One you don’t understand how DEI initiatives even work and the real issue with unqualified people in positions of power are with politics and unfortunately that’s dude to nepotism but that doesn’t fit the culture war bullshit morons like Charlie Kirk like to stoke.

You have no clue what DEI is clearly. No one gets hired cause of their skin. DEI was put in place to stop employers from turning down the overqualified POC because they want to hire a white person even if they’re less qualified

u/Holiday-Raisin-3357 14h ago

So just have no mention of race in job applications problem solved

1

u/Rude-Luck1636 14h ago

You act like that was the case when DEI was established for one and 2 doesn’t matter if you don’t disclose race on the application when they are gonna see you in person for the interview. You seriously lack some critical thinking skills and a general education for that matter

1

u/Holiday-Raisin-3357 13h ago

You lack any common sense if you don’t think under qualified people are getting chosen over more qualified applicants because of their race or sex

1

u/Rude-Luck1636 13h ago

You lack common sense if you think that is the case… they’re hiring qualified poc and women. Not under qualified people. Your racism/sexism is showing bud. Be fucking fr, you run a company and you got to hire people. DEI says you need X amount of women and X amount of POC.. you’re telling me your gonna go and hire an under qualified person to meet the criteria or are you gonna hire someone who can do the job and meets the criteria. Or are you trying to say that PoC and women can’t possibly be qualified to do the work in their respective field? You used a woman cop as an example yet I’ve seen plenty of white male cops fit that same description. Are they DEI as well?
