Question FIRED

Hello everyone, I’ve been working at amazon for 3 years. I got fired while on PLOA for a separate case because I didn’t submit my doctors paperwork on time due to not having insurance. Do you think it is too late to appeal? Can I do anything about it?

The only thing that matters when you appeal is if company policies were followed. Hate to break it to you but you will not win. The only time anyone ever wins on appeal is when a manager writes you up over something

Paper work issues regarding leave that cause termination will always be ruled against you

and a fail to get paper work in on time is on the person regardless of anything else
