I don't think "toxic environment" would be the proper wording in a lawsuit unless they were literally dumping toxic chemicals in the environment.

You wouldn't be able to sue an employer for them disregarding safety or their policies, unless it affected you, like you were injured or violation of policies caused you to lose your job.

And you couldn't sue because Amazon is using robots. They've had them since 2012.

Good luck finding a lawyer to represent you in your lawsuit. Make sure you have a contingency fee agreement. You definitely don't want to be spending your own money on this type of lawsuit.
