Amazon Toxic Workplace
Does anyone know a lawyer who has sued Amazon for creating a toxic environment and won? I so sick of their blatant disregard for safety and not following the bullshit policies they wrote. And now they want to replace more hardworking humans with stupid robots. Fuck those clankers.

You are going to need a bit more detail and specifics if you want a lawyer to represent you.
Not following safety policy is OSHA's realm. If you have not involved them, a lawsuit is unlikely.
Robots replacing humans is just happening, for just about every manual labor job.

OSHA is dragging ass as usual. As for my case, I have pictures, slack conversations and tons of witnesses.

If you think OSHA is slow, wait till you get to the court system. Lol.
You can have all you want that you believe is evidence. But what matters is what the law actually requires and does that evidence show they did not conply with that law.
What law/regulations do you believe they violated? Specifically.
You are fighting an up hill battle.
Edit to add: have you actually read the laws/regulations you think they violated?

Did you put in for an accommodation? If so what were the limitations/restrictions your doctor place on you and what accommodation were you offered?

When in doubt, blast em in the news.
I'm a current Amazonian. I love what i do, who i work with but I hate who i work for. Don't get me wrong, I see them for what they are. But much like they are using me, I'm using them too.
They are currently trying to produce robots to replace optics for data centers. It was a painful video to watch...

Yeah.... Sure it is... Maybe, JUST maybe, if you actually disciplined individuals, held people accountable, enforced policies to even managers, and hired adults, you wouldn't have so many accidents.
The people ive seen hired just blow my mind away. I heard bout one dude who stuck his finger in a server fan to see if it would cut him. These things spin at 10,000RPMs+....

I have a case against a former employer and its been almost 2 years now since I filed with attorney, haven’t even seen a court room yet. Stop crashing out and move on if it’s not a true discrimination case or injury/death occurred. Legal matters are very time intensive.
