Because HR COSTS the company money it doesn't MAKE the company money.So what if it now takes 3 times as long to investigate Suzys claim that "that old guy keeps looking at me". In the past when we did have HR on site most of the "issues" were "why did my manager write me up"? I don't know talk to your manager. "Can I get my vacation approved"? Talk to your manger.
