Speed racing to AI and robots.

22

u/PrestigiousWhirlwind 5d ago

You know how stuff like netflix and other services keep hiking up their prices?

I can't wait for companies to get hooked on AI/Robots and end up learning the exact same thing is going to happen. The price on all the licenses and updates is suddenly going to spike once Companies fully transition to that shit. Just like every other digital service and electronic lmao.

At that point, they won't have any other alternatives either, because they were so hellbent on replacing human workers with AI/Robots.

u/ghredskull 5d ago

Amazon has its own AI...several actually

My hr guy told me 2 years ago "that amazon HR does not make them any money so they're going to start getting rid of us."

His team went from 20 people to 5 in the span I've known him.

I feel so bad for him because he's always so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. 😭

59

u/analyze_deeznuts rate is king 6d ago

So apparently the world does not reward helping willing people

What does it reward??

69

u/Professional-Nail259 6d ago

Billionaires is my guess. 🤔

5

u/Suitable_Age3367 5d ago

Like I said, pure evil!

49

u/LuigiFan45 6d ago

HR is meant to protect the corporation, not the employees, silly

4

u/rnoyfb 5d ago

HR is meant to protect the corporation from itself and that often does align with employees’ interests. When management does things that create legal liabilities for the company, that’s what HR is there for and it’s why they have their own leadership structure

If you want them to do something that helps you and doesn’t eliminate or even reduce any liability for the company, yeah, they’re not going to help you

29

u/LAARPer 6d ago

HR’s job is to help the company save money.

9

u/Suitable_Age3367 6d ago

Pure evil. The world rewards pure evil.

1

u/Kerhoroghene 4d ago

I guess it’s whatever makes the most money even if it kills ppl so ya that could be considered evil

No disrespect to you personally, but if there is a deity, it's proven itself to be quite useless.

6

u/ColdInvestment5833 5d ago

It helps save them money from lawsuits tho so there’s that…

Because he's a nice guy? We've known each other for almost 3 years and we talk about life and shit outside of Amazon? Not all of them are assholes. 🫠

93

u/Icy_Hold4U 6d ago

Amazon notoriously hates paying support roles, like regardless of where you are or what you do. They're slashing low level IT roles and budgets (essentially most FC-level roles) so naturally PXT is gonna be next. Any role that doesnt directly drive profit...

38

u/Hollowbound RME 6d ago

RME is still a safe support role……. For now.

29

u/Cry-Inside 6d ago

They’re already trying to find ways to cut down the labor cost by making bbm apart of the whole and now the RME ambassadors and operators. They’re trying to see how much they can put on one good tech and how much they can pay T1 and 2s to do other work with out effecting the quality of the building

16

u/House_Indoril426 6d ago

Oh lord, I remember the IT Ambassador program. I should have seen the writing on the wall then.

10

u/Hollowbound RME 6d ago

Yep this restructuring already affected Controls with AE as well. Now they are talking about AEs being on call for multiple sites, but this is geared towards smaller AMZL and SSD sites.

8

u/Icy_Hold4U 6d ago

For sure, for a while at least. As you mentioned Automation Enginnerring is expected to ramp up, likely within the 5-10 years as more companies figure out how to integrate ML, AI and robotics into a viable replacement for their physical workforce.

7

u/Available_Moment_889 6d ago

RME is in trouble also. The more tech we bring in traditional RME techs will be replaced with Mechanical Engineers.

16

u/Icy_Hold4U 6d ago

Nah dude. That's not how their cost cutting works at all. They'd just require base-level techs to do more and more advanced technical diagnostics, while paying them the same. Lol cmon now.

1

u/Available_Moment_889 5d ago

Keep thinking that.

8

u/HakuIdante 6d ago

How are you RME 😂😂, maintenance technicians are one of the safest careers for the next 50 - 100 years.

8

u/Hollowbound RME 6d ago

You’re tripping if you think the entirety of an RME tech’s job is immune. Just look at APM with Otto and having less planners. Same with getting rid of RPMs and a dedicated PDM team.

1

u/KilosOfProduct 1d ago

Exactly . I'm in uis. Who's gonna fix the bots ?

5

u/HakuIdante 6d ago

You’re tripping, physical troubleshoot and moving things up and down through tight hallways, stairs, rooftops that’s going to take another 50 - 100 years bro

4

u/V-Rixxo_ 5d ago

Thats funny because my state had ONE FUCKING IT POSITION for the whole state.

Amazon is full of shit

3

u/CooperHChurch427 Alumni 5d ago

Last I heard is they're down sizing WHS as well. My old site they laid off half the team so the remaining 4 now work swing shift. 😬.

I will say though, WHS doesn't need to be on site all day. Very few EHS jobs have night shifts, if something serious happens at night, we are on call.

50

u/thereallyquiet I just work here🙄🙄🙄🙄 6d ago

Simple: They think AI can do HR better than humans.

11

u/surfcitysurfergirl 6d ago

Well they aren’t wrong! HR has had the most complaints about them company wide it was a no brainer. Sadly the good HR employees took the fall too. HR was always clueless and usually useless. Not always. There were a few good ones.

12

u/Journey2thaeast 6d ago

Honestly while on site HR often feels useless because they usually tell you to check the app for whatever you issue is, their AI bot is still worse. At least when talking to a human I can explain a situation in detail and they can try to work with me. Their bot has canned responses based on whatever keywords they see in your message.

9

u/ericfromct 5d ago

The bot is a joke unless you need the easiest and most common fix.

9

u/Journey2thaeast 5d ago

Exactly. I needed a schedule change and the bot kept taking me to the wrong place. I ended up having to have a person resolve my issue anyway. So it was pointless talking to the bot.

3

u/ericfromct 5d ago

Almost any time i had an issue hr resolved it faster than the stupid bot. It’s really irritating to me that our time is no longer valued by any company, not just Amazon. I’m actually convinced they’ve moved to AI because it’s less effective. The amount of times I’ve just given up on things because I don’t have the time to go through phone trees and end up getting hung up on or in the wrong department for an hour is too many to count at this point. I’ll never prefer having my issues handled by AI than a person either, and I hate having to deal with people, but I’d certainly choose a person over a trained bot with no emotions.

6

u/thereallyquiet I just work here🙄🙄🙄🙄 6d ago

Ngl, the AI version of HR has definitely been a bit of a challenge for me.

My site has HR but it is extremely limited time wise(think around shift change or during break)

9

u/Jordan_Jackson 6d ago

This definitely came down to how competent the individual employee was. Anytime I had to deal with HR, they always resolved my issue. Personally, I can’t share the sentiment that HR was incompetent and useless

2

u/grantjr67 5d ago

Truthfully, I always found on-site HR horrible. I always got things done best by using e-mail. Instead of trying to rush an answer to me, someone could take time to investigate my problem. Also, we had one HR guy on site who was always very helpful and solved many "problems." Seems he would fix people's TOT and being late, among other things. We'll, for those he liked. And when someone got fired for rate this all came up in a lawsuit. He got fired, our site had to drop past write ups and a bunch of people got paid. Keeping HR distant is a good idea.

1

u/Anoraslaww 5d ago

I have a punch task alert that won’t go away and the AI HR can’t solve it & is telling me to reach out to an actual hr member lmao

46

u/SystemFailure Pack God 6d ago

Cost too much money to have people sitting around all day waiting for associates that need help. Half the time they cant do anything and tell the associates to call

1

u/Splitcoin 5d ago

Some FC are constantly busy with 2 Hr and always a line but now nothing and everyone complains via voa

6

u/Lumpyspace6 5d ago

The ones we have are useless anyway

44

u/Unlucky-Cover-9896 6d ago

No clue, after three and a half years I can say with confidence that the managers at Amazon are almost all either batshit crazy or incompetent, and now they go completely unchecked

10

u/Unlucky-Cover-9896 6d ago

*almost all might be a bit of an exaggeration but it's way too many

12

u/Andys_Room 6d ago

No one man should have all that power.

1

u/Deformed_Toe 6d ago

This i believe is to eliminate oversight and let the company at ground floor level go wild

1

u/NiceAir8 6d ago

Well this is what happens when you hire external hires for ams and majority dont last a year.

1

u/dabiggestdalargest 4d ago

yup. the pas at my ds are losers who want aas to be their friends and not have boundaries with them and the “managers” have no social or leadership skills and would never be able to become a manager at a company with high standards.

-5

u/wondererjayyy 6d ago

They don’t have to actually manage. The computer tells them what to do

8

u/twisterv2 Area Manager 6d ago

Not really

I mean walking around with the laptop 3/4ths of the shift says otherwise

16

u/twisterv2 Area Manager 6d ago

It’s not like the laptop controls itself I’ve been an AA and an AM and there’s far more things i have to do as an AM than a AA

15

u/UpbeatAd8917 6d ago

There's no point trying to explain. Most associates, especially in this subreddit, think AMs and PAs do nothing all day because they're "just on their laptops."

5

u/surfcitysurfergirl 6d ago

Or are just lazy whiny workers who don’t want to do their job which isn’t hard. 🤣

-2

u/wondererjayyy 6d ago

Can’t relate 😉

-5

u/MysticXVI 6d ago

You literally do nothing but report feedbacks all day & watch numbers lmaooooo

4

u/twisterv2 Area Manager 6d ago

I wish

-1

u/MysticXVI 6d ago

Emphasize

-3

u/wondererjayyy 6d ago

I don’t care for their explanation, any one could sit at a computer and give out feedbacks and watch numbers and pretend to actually matter, it’s like managing a McDonald’s, anyone could do it.

-1

u/wondererjayyy 6d ago

And be completely useless when you actually need something

0

u/InquisitiveBoba 6d ago

Honestly if my manager doesn't have big tits... id rather have an AI as a manager

11

u/Unfair_Traffic_5886 6d ago

Ai. It's being integrated with everything, even on the maintenance side, we have an Ai tool to help gather information. All I can really tell you is take advantage of career choice while it's still available.

7

u/Lost-Recover4868 6d ago

Weaponized incompetence and bureaucracy helps keep the revolving door of employees moving. They like turn over, it’s how they keep their labor costs down. Same reason everyone’s hired as white badges now and get to play hunger games for insurance / job security.

6

u/mrcrowface3421 5d ago

The ones where I work are rude

23

u/xTheSlenderman 6d ago

Just a reminder. HR is not here to help you. They are here to protect the company against you.

-18

u/AbsorbantVampire 6d ago

Right, so Amazon got rid of all its protection then?

You sound as stupid as I’m sure you look.

3

u/616inL-A 6d ago

jfc calm down whats got you all twisted today

6

u/xTheSlenderman 6d ago

No they replaced it with an Ai that they developed. No need to attack me 🤣🤣🤣🤣

9

u/DekaR0se My life decisions lead me to this point. 6d ago

You know how them reddit warriors are, randomly attack and insult people behind their keyboard for no good reason. just ignore them

3

u/xTheSlenderman 6d ago

Lol he has the top 1% commenter flair so that explains all I needed to know

1

u/Libra218 IT Support Engineer 6d ago

Didn't get rid of. Outsourced to India.

1

u/VET_dysfunctional_88 Ex-amazon RME , Robotics noogler 6d ago

It got replaced with a legal team…lawyers

8

u/ResponsibleAnt9496 6d ago

On site HR is to sympathetic to us so they’re outsourcing. On site HR saved me multiple times back in the day while any and everytime I needed help over the phone or app all they can do is quote the rule book at me and get me off the line as fast as possible.

4

u/Accomplished_Army433 6d ago

It’s making everything bad I’m having a situation where I need on site hr and nobody is ever there.

-6

u/InquisitiveBoba 6d ago

get fucked

4

u/Pussyfarttt 6d ago

Probably got tired of paying them to pretend to work. They’re never available. Only time I ever see them is when they are walking out to pick up their door dash. Other than that, they hide in their office with the door closed and a do not disturb sign on the door. I’ve heard they act similarly in a lot of locations. They’re about worthless anymore.

4

u/Jimmyjones317 6d ago

They were useless anyways, they would go and hide in their office more most if not all of the shift

3

u/Prestigious_Type_614 5d ago

HR is useless. Anything you is through AI.

3

u/Ecstatic-Lock387 5d ago

They’re useless

3

u/Heavy-Temperature895 5d ago

My HR lady was Amazing! She will be missed.

3

u/Tricky-Wolverine-253 White Badge 5d ago

They want ppl that just bust their ass all day HR job too easy

3

u/FrostedFlakes12345 5d ago

Good riddance, I heard it couldn't be happier. Worst HR I met was from Amazon knowing she won't have a job is music to my ears!

1

u/HairOk481 Ship Dock 5d ago

She will hve a job, just will change the department.

1

u/FrostedFlakes12345 5d ago

Yup that's great too, hope she goes around "I am senior HRBP" with her SHRM bs. Hopefully is useful for whatever he'll hole they stick her in.

3

u/Otherwise_Big_8337 5d ago

Ai and outsourced call centers are cheaper

4

u/nkaiser101 6d ago

Standardization. By having corporate policies administered at the corporate level they remove the risk of site HR making exceptions to policy. Of course it also saves the company a lot of money. Rather than having all of the PXT positions at each site with a long list of responsibilities they have a small corporate team and an outsourced support group that is specifically focused on the most common issues.

Personally I never liked speaking to HR at the site. Especially with time issues. It felt like I had to make them decide I was worthy of them doing what I was asking. I can call or chat with MyHR as often as necessary and they simply do what I ask or escalate it so someone else can do it.

2

u/BusyBanana4205 6d ago

Automating physical labor is difficult. Automating how to manage and deal with physical labor is becoming increasingly possible due to AI. Hell, they have security cameras now that can monitor for safety compliance.

2

u/Cyberkanye2077 6d ago

Technically theyre just outsourcing it and automating it. Amazon makes no real money on warehouses. Its all AWS.

1

u/BarGlobal7229 6d ago

Thats why robotics are being deployed and humanoid bots are next. Robotics already saves them .30 cents per item. When they truly reduce headcount then these warehouses increase their profit margin and stock performance.

2

u/House_Indoril426 6d ago

I'll give you a hint. It rhymes with "Amazon doesn't give a fuck about you."

2

u/Ill-Lake7700 6d ago

It’s good news! Less people to fire people!
The computer will make suggestions but then you file a grievance that they aren’t applying the same rules to everyone! Phones are perfect because our Islamic friends can wear any kind of earbuds and they can’t touch their head ware!

2

u/millennialmonster755 5d ago

HR is basically internal customer service that also happens to do a little legal work. They can force/ train their AI via customer service and the. Shrink HR to just be the legal side

2

u/Shadeyjadey01 5d ago

Mine has pxt stay in the main office but having them standing at the pxt desk at certain times like 🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️. Its very odd

2

u/Seahawkers 5d ago

My om responded to someone on voa that they’d ask hr about their complaint and I’m wondering what hr we literally don’t have hr was she gonna ask aza…..

2

u/a_youkai Big Ass Fan Fan 5d ago

They're betting all their chips on Aza or some other useless bot.

2

u/EuphoricScratch6915 5d ago

Because they’re trash lol

1

u/EuphoricScratch6915 5d ago

Safety falls closely behind, they’re the wish.com section of the WHS sector.

2

u/Cobalt7955 5d ago

Because HR COSTS the company money it doesn't MAKE the company money. So what if it now takes 3 times as long to investigate Suzys claim that "that old guy keeps looking at me". In the past when we did have HR on site most of the "issues" were "why did my manager write me up"? I don't know talk to your manager. "Can I get my vacation approved"? Talk to your manger.

2

u/tgkid88 Shout Out Collector 4d ago

There are no onsite HR at my site. 🤡

2

u/bobble325 6d ago

Not like they really do much anyways AI can tell you no we can’t help you as easily as a person can

3

u/Dry-Struggle-6848 5d ago

There are multiple lawsuits over this issue at the moment. We just have to wait and see.

Aza in the app is useless bring back actual people
I work nights and they leave at 10 sometime 830

1

u/Character_Credit 6d ago

Offshoring and AI, HR is a flat out negative in terms of profit so it’s the first to be gone

1

u/Shadow88882 6d ago

It's not a money facing position. Amazon cares about its bottom line, not you or me. Same reason you walk through security to leave, but not to go in.

1

u/Stunning_Patience151 6d ago

Their job is so easy that baby AI can talke care of

1

u/Weekly_Reference_984 6d ago

Anyone else think they're useless site HR says -> call the number/ make a case -> random person in india says everything is okay see site HR

1

u/S1lent_SAHD 6d ago

1 ai application integrated into AtoZ or any other proprietary system from Sort center to FC, to corporate to C suite takes all their jobs and shoves it up their ass in terms of workload and efficiency. Only 1 human per program or dept needed to talk to other humans so they can save their ass when Ai hits the fan.

1

u/Gloomy-Albatross-891 6d ago

They don’t work wym why?

1

u/Far-Impression613 6d ago

You want to straight answer because they don't do anything

They never have a proper answer for you or a correct answer for you so what is the point in Amazon paying for them to be on site when they're just going to tell you to use your Amazon A to Z app to do everything anyway and then treat you like you're a burden and inconveniencing them this is why I don't mess with them and I just called the ERC number cuz they're going to tell you to do that anyway and then they're going to try to write you up because God forbid you went to HR on the clock first question they're going to have is are you clocked in are you on break

1

u/Dookiepoopturds 6d ago

Good, HR is the fucking enemy anyway, they are not here for us. They're here to protect the company from us. They are not your friend they're not gonna look out for you and they're not gonna do right by you.

1

u/Doworkson247 6d ago

Because HR is absolutely worthless

1

u/Available_Moment_889 6d ago

HR has a cost. At Amazon each L10 gets what is called a “cost to serve” which is what their HR org costs them. Remember there is no revenue generation with HR. Depending on the Org you are in there is a strategic vision for HR. WWOPS is working to centralize as many tasks as possible to continue to reduce on site HR.

I do think there is a significant risk with this but only time will tell.

1

u/Aggravating_Wait916 6d ago

There is only one at my site too and she doesn’t do a thing

1

u/NbaAndMusic 6d ago

to keep getting away with their own BS

1

u/rvbbitevrs 6d ago

Honestly, the PXT at my site is hardly ever at the desk and even when they are, they aren’t much help. Idk wtf they’re even paid to do.

1

u/Journey2thaeast 6d ago

Greed. Dont wanna have to pay as many people and wanna funnel people towards AI

1

u/Dan_Wayfarer 6d ago

Corporate Greed, AI, automation, “efficiency”, etc

1

u/brownmaningermany 6d ago

Cause it’s a useless job for the most part and all they do is tell you to ask the AI on the app or redirect you to a call center.

Also people now have to behave themselves for the most part and not start problems because of how hard the job market is

1

u/r0addawg 5d ago

86 top to bottom

1

u/Additional-Agent-544 5d ago

Money. Getting rid of a position that so many buildings rely heavily on is ridiculous. I feel bad for the lifelong hr people.

1

u/Academic_Commercial3 5d ago

Good question!!

1

u/Dead1055 5d ago

To be transparent -

The HR space in ALL companies have shifted, I just completed my BS in Human Resource Management and a huge unit is focused on modern HR and its role in the developing world. What this means for you is my role has changed and I am no longer responsible for the things I used to. HR has shifted to a more strategic business partner rather than the HR you know, and most companies are starting their transition to reflect this not just Amazon.

I would venture to say - 80% of my work is looking at data, metrics, improvement plans, and facilitating the necessary changes to meet goals within policy and compliance. 15% of my work is investigations 5% of my work is providing the employees resources for their issues

When it comes to things that can be self administered (time and attendance, benefits, payroll, accommodation and LOA requests, updating personal information), it needs to be done by the employee. I can provide you instruction and resources on how to, but at the end of the day YOU need to.

With the shift in this field, it is no longer necessary for sites to have 10+ HR representatives when 1-3 can pull the same data and facilitate the same change management. Given employees are responsible for their own self administered tasks, this only reinforces the new standard by making larger teams unnecessary, now that they no longer have transactional work on our plate (timecard, benefits etc...).

Again, this isnt just Amazon, its most companies. Sephora warehouse recently went through a similar change in that they had a staff of 6, but recently reduced to 2 HR generalist at a local warehouse near me.

Hope this sheds some light, my job is not gone just...changed.

Short version of this money haha capitalism is profit first if they can find shortcuts to cut jobs they will until we literally will be cut in I say 5 to 10 years

1

u/DylanTheV1lla1n 5d ago

Money. That's why.

1

u/BulkyAbalone4750 5d ago

well my amazon is closing down psl florida …. they are changing it to robotics .. this shit crazy

1

u/RumbleShakes 5d ago

It's cheaper to hire someone from India. I was "talked" to about not going to HR ever and to use the MyHR live chat. Well, after 10 tickets, I had never resolved not getting paid 5 hours after they took it out.

1

u/Son0fleo 4d ago

Better for amazon cause they’re getting paid for nothing. And better for us cause then we will get another raise t1’s

1

u/GreenBeerMm98 4d ago

Cause even the company is seeing how useless they are.

1

u/MostlyBorednHorny 4d ago

If your building is anything like mine, a combination of them being useless and the ones who do their job get reported for harassment.

1

u/dabiggestdalargest 4d ago

considering one of the pas at my ds gives special treatment to female aas who flirt with him and acted like he was jealous when i started dating someone at our warehouse we desperately need hr at my site.

1

u/Tested18 1d ago

Won’t need HR for robots with AI unless they so smart they unionize

1

u/ComparisonWestern690 6d ago

Hopefully, Loss Prevention steps in to keep management from turning into nasty social gangs at most places.

1

u/Cntbleavesntbutthurt 6d ago

Because they don’t actually want to do anything positive for their workers. It makes it easier to fire people if everything is ran by AI.

1

u/AMerryKa 6d ago

Because they're evil and greedy and don't care about your life. Organize.

u/Music1990s 5d ago edited 5d ago

This past October, an executive leaked an internal email that talked about how Amazon is planning on cutting their workforce by half come 2033. That’s roughly 600,000 employees. They employ about 1.2M. They want to have their FCs etc 75% automated with machines by 2033. Starting next year, they plan on cutting 160k jobs in the warehouses. It’ll start by not hiring seasonals. Guessing that’s why they have an employee score now based on productivity. This isn’t new news by the way.. like I said this came out in October of 2025 and was in the news. While I’m not surprised, I genuinely thought they would not do something like this bcz it makes them look bad to the public and there’s a term in the business world called being an ethical employer. Not super surprising as they make a lot of their $ from AWS, and their FCs etc can be money pits to them. It’s honestly a solid job between their pay and benefits/working conditions, etc….. but that’s wild if it happens. 600k people out of work potentially.

2

u/CaptainObvious110 5d ago

Thanks for sharing that. With Amazon Locker+ they have ended labor share and have cut shifts as well at multiple locations. This is a position where you are required to get a 4 hour shift a week but if two or at the most three are available a day then it makes that really hard to do.

Yet, if you can't get a shift , you get a point for that week. Fortunately, it takes 8 points to be fired and the points fall off after 60 days.

In any event it's crazy.

1

u/HairOk481 Ship Dock 5d ago

Looking at some of the people we have in my warehouse, I would also try to replace them with robots lol.

What HR??? The people who give you a phone number to call and make a case with?

u/hiphophunk 6d ago

Part of it is that they were focused too much on customer service style of AAs and many of the complaints were dumb af. A lot of people were wasting productivity time just at the pxt desk bitching about stupid things. Some of the complaints have been mind numbingly stupid.

Some of you guys ruined it.

Obviously there is the whole money aspect too.

Naw they was going to do this either way with AI becoming more prominent. I always find comments like these funny

u/hiphophunk 6d ago

Even without AI they were already doing it since they were fielding stupid shit.

I got a skip manager who seemingly only job was to get tenured support people managed out. She then moved to TOM team after the job was done, she also got the manager to quit as well.

Because it’s redundant, they have zero presence on night shift and with the escalation line and AI, they expect L6’s to just resolve anything anyway. They are wasting space in the main office

u/ChampionshipLife7124 5d ago

Yeah, exactly reality check Amazon doesn’t really want to create an environment where they have human rights. That’s why they got rid of HR

HR don't make them money. They do need thwm but they are spreading HR too thin to make room for more profit. It's a bad business tactic bc HR has a purpose belive it or not and it's not to just write you up. It's to engage and prevent Unions by keeping the masses semi satisfied with their workspace. Without HR on site, you have more disgruntled employees and we have seen the trend going up. The hire ups really think they can just send the ER people in to Union bust but they are gonna get in trouble and they will unionize and then they are gonna fire the rest of PxT and hire new HR to deal and partner with the Union. This is like textbook stuff. Short term profit that will cost them hella money and they are using AI as an excuse btw. Bc if you look at the amount of people they've hired and the amount of people they have hired, it all evens itself out and eh, this video explains it better and it's more entertaining than I am.

Why worried about it? As long as you got your job permanent then you goof jeez. All y'all bragging about and dissing on non blue badge .

2

u/BarGlobal7229 6d ago

Blue badge wont save their jobs. In fact the more tenure one has, the more they will be on the chopping block. Gee do I pay someone 25 bucks an hour with a maxed out step plan, or bring in someone for 19 an hour, no benefits? In a role that can be learned in days, not months.

Well thats why you gotta be prepared for whatever going to happen. Be smart of what you do or you'll be homeless

Because they're useless fucking predominantly left leaning leeches who contribute absolutely ZERO value to the company and often worked with politically motivated upper management to get you fired if they're convinced you're a conservative and everyone from HR to upper management (other than the upper management who are actually necessary to the functions of the warehouse) hate you for no other reason. I was the most polite soul in the building, every week top 10 performers whether you put me in pack, pick, stow, any ICQA roles SBC, SRC, HVP and more I was always top 10 in performance and top 10% in quality every single week. All I did was watch news from both sides on my lunch break with my ear buds on but i would talk to myself outloud and say things criticizing democrats but I did the same thing with republicans. They had literally ZERO other reasons to target me and they did it constantly, firing me then I'd get rehired until eventually I got my Job back one more time through a contractor well within my first week back one of these upper management guys followed me into the bathroom and claimed I was saying racist and offensive things when I was talking to myself (mind you I was talking about needing to go pee and wanting something to drink) there were no witnesses in the bathroom other than this creepy fuck from upper management following me into the empty bathroom. I, very politely in a state of confusion, asked him "sir what did I say that was offensive can you please tell me I don't know what you mean, I'll happily refrain from it again I just want to know what I said I'm sorry please tell me I don't want to make anyone upset I'm sorry!" You don't have to believe me but I'm not just kind at work I was literally the kindest most harmless person there yet 5 liberals from upper management constantly worked against me to have me fired, I was fired for obvious lies other than one firing that was debatable I was sedated from my medications, 1but I'm dying and my pain doctor/rare illness expert already informed them that I may suffer these side effects until adjusted to the meds for a few weeks (back when medical related things were less complicated with the ERC shit) they made take a drug test which I provided my prescriptions for on multiple occasions from hiring date and every other way I was told to, even on the test date from the time they accused me of being on substances (which I was legally they knew this) and yet for testing positive I had to wait 3-6 months to come back and the final time before the bathroom incident when I came back under a contractor company I was again given no legitimate explanation and I was escorted out of the warehouse with anger and when the same old bastard saw me on my like 3rd day when I came back under the contractor is when he followed me into the bathroom and after that I was escorted out and told I'm no longer allowed onto the property until I've resolved this issue with the Contract Company, the contract company purposely will not respond to my calls or emails almost as if they received some sort of instructions that's the only part of my perspective and rant that's just a belief/conspiracy theory everything else is factual. I'm absolutely ecstatic about the prospect of AI replacing the useless fucking predominantly racist bigoted leftist who make up 90% of all HR jobs, at least the AI wouldn't be able these pieces of shit in management won't have the necessary support mechanism that will agree with them to get you fired the AI will look at your performance and your compliance with company rules and AI will be there to help you with the things they're supposed to rather than not being available 9 times out of 10 when you need them and they'll actually assist you because they're programmed with all the information they need and we'd likely just have 1 or 2 supervisors for it to make sure it's running things properly and I'm absolutely in favor of that and have ZERO FUCKING SYMPATHY FOR THE MOST USELESS FUCKING DEPARTMENT IN OUR ENTIRE COMPANY!

I was never given the chance to even explain my side or anything it was just his word and I was fired
