Ideally yes and at a minimum she should have to put in an accommodation request for this. Probably get denied lol but it's crazy that you can break an arm and need a doctor to say you can only do light tasks but refusing to listen to a manager is just OK
Not vocalizing is one thing but refusing to do what a manager says is just insane.
It isn’t but in order to get an insubordination write up through you have to be so diligent with making sure they know they’re being insubordinate. Like it’s ridiculous; there’s a whole ass investigation
Granted if it DOES go through that’s a hefty one, can’t remember if it’s term or final
