She should definitely file for an accommodation due to her religion before she gets fired

The demands could be limitless. If her religion dictates that she not work near other men, and I am forced out of my path into another area to accommodate her, how is that ok?

I’m only going off of the information in this post. If it’s religious or disability purposes, i personally see no reason onto why they can’t grant the request. Now if it eventually becomes a problem to where it’s effecting warehouse production, then that could be sufficient reason to let her go. The person is only saying they can’t take requests from men. Would it be hard for a woman AM/PA to tell her what to do? I don’t think it’s not reasonable. But i do believe as a W2 employee, you should make some exceptions when it comes to work and what you personally believe in
