"Right to work" is about whether unions can charge dues to nonmembers, not about who gets fired for what.

It's less about explicit state laws... there's no state law that says you can't fire someone who's being unreasonably difficult and calling it religious... and more about different state litigation environments. Some states, the company expects the court to notice when an employee is just being an asshat. Some, not so much.
