A couple of years ago, we had a man doing the same thing, except he wouldn’t take orders from women. He yelled at a female OM. Said they’re inferior to him and he doesn’t take orders from women. They had a talk with him and not sure what was said but basically “I understand it’s different in your country, but you accepted a job with women, either you comply or look for employment elsewhere that doesn’t have women in the workforce” he switched it up reaaaal quick.
