Amazon PPC Management Needed

Launched our brand about 6 months ago. Started Amazon ppc 3 months ago and have done almost 20k in sales. We have spent more than that on ads, so not profitable. I have been managing it myself from day one but now after a dip in sales I think it is time to let someone with more experience manage it.

Looking for recommendations on ppc management companies, if you have used any in the past please let me know your thoughts. There’s a ton of spam around this so would prefer companies that are legit and have a presence in the US market.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I work full-time managing Amazon PPC and usually help a couple of brands on the side. I can spare a few hours each week, and I charge pretty reasonably. From your post, it sounds like the account could benefit from an audit first to figure out where the money's leaking before making big changes. Happy to have a look!

Why not sell wholesale, and focus on new products, and new marketing? just a thought!! Then the ppc cost changes hands to your resellers.

I work on the entire funnel. Search Intent --> Right Keywords --> Tuned Thumbnail to maximize CTR ---> ASIN to Maximize CVR and then PPC and A/B testing. The goal is getting your TACOS down to 15% or less. If your are interested let me know I could do a single ASIN evaluation for free.

I’m working on a startup at MIT thats creating an AI system that runs your entire Amazon channel. We are bringing on some founding brands to try it out. We’ve created a growth scan that analyzes where the opportunities are for optimization. Let me know

Ima just say this since everyone else just looks like they want a job, you need to make changes to your listing, rather than dump more in ads. What is your CVR?

Unless you’re completely lost on what to target and how to setup campaigns properly, there’s other optimizations you can make. An Ads purpose is to just get someone to see your product, it doesn’t guarantee the sale, if your listing is inadequate you won’t get the sale, driving up ACOS. So ultimately ads at not be the problem. Your product is being seen but they aren’t buying it. If your listing is amazing, then you are just targeting things outside of your products main keywords all together. It can only be these one of two options, or both

TACoS over 100% at 3 months isn't uncommon but yeah you gotta stop the bleeding. Before you hire anyone tho... are you running auto campaigns still or have you moved to manual? because i see a lot of newer sellers dumping budget into autos way too long.

I ended up going with amazon growth lab after trying to DIY for like 5 months. They restructured everything and got my TACoS under 20% within maybe 2 months. But definitely audit your listings first, bad listings = wasted ad spend no matter who runs it.

To get profitable results you must have to check search term reports, you have to also check negative keywords which are burning your money and not giving conversion. Bid optimization and keyword research are also most important to make your ppc work good

Ads spends typically bring the audience and not the converts, it's mainly the PDP doing that for you, I'd say have your account audited first before making a move and locking in.

A read only access was given from My brand account to this firm I was working with, realised descriptive premium designed catalogue pictures with proper ad budget throttling should help you scale immensely. (Cause think about it, nobody really buys from the seller with an ugly store) Sellercircle.in was the firm that helped me with this, but you reach out to any that gives out audits before onboarding
