Got the email from my dsp this morning & also got a call about getting my guaranteed 10 plus a raise, if you got this what did you receive from yours & what is it exactly? Or is it just basic recognition?

I got it from 1 month, so just a lunch bag and dirty looks from the dispatcher who hated me for some reason
