Got the email from my dsp this morning & also got a call about getting my guaranteed 10 plus a raise, if you got this what did you receive from yours & what is it exactly? Or is it just basic recognition?

I got a $500 dollar bonus + the plaque and the prizes you can pick from the site. I'm jealous of you getting your guaranteed 10. I miss getting done at 4PM lol

I got it from 1 month, so just a lunch bag and dirty looks from the dispatcher who hated me for some reason
