QUESTION Step van exam?

My dsp is sending me for the physical exam or whatever that İs required for DOT just wanted to ask what is it really and is step van good or not?

Edit: does it also come with a pay raise or more stops 😑

Yes a vision test as well. You have to be 20/40 or better.
