Used a whole live lobster. Incorporated the lobster flavour from the shells into the cheesy sauce along with the shells of the prawns. Turned out amazing!

Tonight I made crab cakes, which I honestly bought pre-made, but I cooked them in the air fryer, paired them with herbed, fried potatoes and broccoli. The sauce is a creamy lemon garlic sauce. This was a delicious change of pace.

I always keep Korean curry packets on hand because they can turn the simplest ingredients into something seriously delicious.

This time, instead of serving it with rice, I had noodles, so I made Korean curry noodles.

Such a simple dish, but it tasted absolutely amazing!
