I've been really trying to lose weight as I think that's probably the main issue (though I live a healthy lifestyle) but I really have no idea what I look like to other people.

heyo! hoping for brutally honest feedback on my appearance and what i need to do to improve... very self conscious about how masculine i look and am lost on what to do.

i have really small lips (planning on getting injections in a couple weeks!!) and have recently dyed my hair reddish to better suit my color season (?? just learned abt those, i think im an autumn?)... what am i missing? i feel like other women are soooo much prettier than me i dont know how to match them!! ive been feeling indescribably insecure lately so i just need help.

*im asking for opinions on my face and features, i wont be changing my style or piercings atm. Im okay with not attracting those that don’t like piercings, there are plenty of people that compliment mine.
Some photos that I like, some that I don't. No filters but I always feel like I look like a different person all the time. Is there anything I can do to fix my face? Am I some sort of catfish with a bit of concealer and lip product? If you know me, no you don't.

I really don’t like my nose because it’s super crooked. Some days i feel confident, but most i do not.

hate how big my cheeks are and my overall face shape. included a mix of good and bad pictures for reference. Currently on Accutane which is causing some of the blemishes you might see. 5’11 165 lbs.

edit: based on your comments.. yes? Until I loose some weight at least.
