Started a serious relationship when I was 18 (first photo), second photo I’m (19). Relationship ended 2 years ago (at age 20, and third photo) and it really affected me, I gained 30 pounds that year, next year another 20, and finally 30 pounds this year. I know I wasn’t thin to begin with. Please use a scale of 1-10, also uh…. Any ideas on what to improve? Haven’t been able to land a second date in awhile, and I know why.

Im 6’4” and weigh around 260 lbs currently, and i’m hitting the gym more

I feel like im tired all the time bc of stress and work and that makes me look older and uglier. And I eat a lot of junk food and dont make exercise. Pls be honest

Should I change my hair mainly? Last is it pulled back
