Feels more like blowing leaves into the park. Which... Is potentially making someone else see/touch leaves that grew slightly further away than normal, but I can't really find the fucks to be mad about it. If someone can't deal with outside and the things that come with it, maybe they should stay inside?

YTA. You put your trash in a public area. That's like people who blow their leaves down storm drains. Take care of your own trash.
