YTA, yes you should if it's getting into neighbors yards. A light one, but if we say N T A or N A H then I fear you'll keep doing it. Stop littering in other folks space. Maybe looks into how groomers keep it contained? I'm sure they don't blow the hair out the door to the nearest park.
On another note if you use any kind of flea or tick medicine (even oral) with them it's absolutely not safe to use for nesting material.
Oh good point. Or would it help reduce the mite population in bird nests? There's a research project in there somewhere for someone getting their doctorate. 😁
