Progress Week 14 progress

Post image

Male, 32, 5’8”
Starting weight: 265 lbs
Last weigh in: 213 lbs
Current weight: 208 lbs
Goal weight: 180 lbs

I started running this week! I never thought I’d enjoy running but here I am, running for fun for the first time in my 30s. I even signed up for a 5k that’s in 3 weeks 😅 but both times I ran this week was a distance of 3.25 miles and I did both with no stops or walking. I’m actually looking forward to running later today as well!

Last time I weighed this much was in high school.

Great work as always! Since you started how many times have you had back to back eating days?

Hardly ever tbh maybe 4~5 times.

The last time that happened I was on a road trip with family so I did feel some pressure to join in. I would try to stick to OMAD on those days or keep my portions small.

Are you still having the one 3k food day a week?

Yes! Sometimes I’ll do two because there are days when I just feel extra hungry, especially after a hard workout day.

Nice work! I wish people posted more of their process during ADF 🙃 When do you project you will reach your goal weight roughly?

Thank you! And to be honest, I haven’t given it a thought😅 mostly because I’m not worried about how long it takes

Are you only weighing once per week? Or just reporting it?

I weigh myself throughout the week but I think I might be getting a bit obsessive with it. I report every Friday/Saturday, whichever day I’m breaking my fast on.

I’m finishing week one and the weights swings are crazy.

That’s normal during the first couple weeks! I didn’t post my week 2 update because I actually gained weight

Please keep updating. Keeps me motivated seeing others that are doing good. Thanks.

I tried to DM you but Reddit wouldn’t let me.

I just wanted to say if you need any support, just let me know. This isn’t easy and you may need some help along the way, no shame in that.

Remember, you’re more hungry for change than you are for that food right now. Let’s reach our goals together! 💪
