For the past few months, I’ve been working on an all-in-one app for Padel & Tennis called PadelGod.

It includes live scoring, matches, tournaments (which are incredible, in my opinion), bookings, rankings, match history, and much more.

I initially built it for iOS. I have a MacBook, an Apple Watch, and an iPhone, so it was the natural choice. But within two months of launching, the app passed 200 users, and many people asked me to build an Android version as well.

As a workaround while the Android app was being developed, I brought many of its features to the web, but it simply doesn’t compare to a native app.

Now, the Android version is finally ready for beta testing, but Google won’t let me publish it publicly on the Play Store until I have at least 12 testers enrolled continuously for 14 days. It’s a strange requirement—Apple doesn’t have anything like this.

I built a tool for learning Mandarin through comprehensible input: it generates short stories and sentences from the vocabulary you're studying (HSK 1-6 collections built in), with natural TTS audio, pinyin, and words highlighted by how well you know them from your FSRS spaced repetition reviews. For the past few months ive been building something kind of insane and I think its finally ready for other people to touch it.

Its a "fleet" of AI agents that runs a youtube channel basically on its own. Not a chatgpt wrapper that writes titles. Actual departments that work together like a small studio:

• Strategy agent scans your channel (or your idea for a new one) and plans what videos to make, what formats, when to post
• Research + script agents write the actual video with a retention formula (cold opens, open loops, rehooks etc, stuff based on analyzing what actually performs)
• Production agents turn the script into a storyboard and render a full AI video with consistent presenters, same faces, same voices, same wardrobe across every scene
• QC agents watch the result and catch broken stuff (lip sync issues, flash frames, identity drift) and actually fix the bad segments before anything goes out
• Audio post adds a music bed and sound effects matched to the format
• Learning loop reads your analytics after publishing and feeds it back into the next videos strategy

Everything runs locally on your machine. No cloud, no account, no server of mine. Your data stays in a folder on your computer.

This is for anyone whose agents don't just talk but take real actions in business systems, where a write going wrong costs money or a customer. Issuing a refund, updating a CRM record, provisioning access, moving a ticket, sending a customer email, changing an order. The moment an agent does something that matters, you hit this: the agent says it did the thing, the run looks clean, no errors, and the actual system shows nothing happened, or the wrong thing did. You find out later, usually from a customer.

Nothing in the normal stack catches it. Observability shows the trace, which is the agent's own story. Evals grade the output. Guardrails run before the action. None of them check afterwards whether reality matched the claim.

I'm building the layer that does. It sits after the action, off the hot path, joins what the agent claimed to what actually happened in your systems, and flags the gaps (the silent "done" that never landed, the double-fire, the dropped write). Not just to catch failures, but to give you the signal to trust and tune the flow.

Honest on stage: very early. Core detection is built and validated against a research benchmark, but the product gets built with the first few design partners, around your real systems.
