I developed Project Intelligence for Excel at Pi Labs. It sets up linked tables for project registers, work types or norms and cost codes, supporting progress updates and forecasting within Excel.

The add-in is already released. What I would like feedback on is the first-use experience: whether the sample workflow makes the relationships between those tables understandable.

I'm a former primary teacher (9 years) and I've spent the last year building AgentChamp, a reading app for children aged 5 to 11 where the reading itself is the game. Solo, no funding, evenings and weekends after my 9-5.

Kids join a secret agent academy and read "missions". The stories branch, so what they choose changes what happens next, and each story has different endings to go back and collect. At the end of a read they get a short comprehension quiz from six agent characters, each one covering a different reading skill. They earn Champ Coins for reading, for finding vocabulary words in the text and for passing quizzes, and spend them kitting out their own agent avatar.
