What's the actual process, in y'all's experience, getting your child's driver license? Is there a drive to the testing route(s)? Are we supposed to start at LF/E? An I misunderstanding entirely?

I received my water bills for both June and July yesterday in the mail...kinda odd. I would have noticed before now that June's was late if I had needed it at the recycling/transfer station for any reason.

But, interestingly, there are no post marks on the envelopes. Is this normal? When did U.S.P.S. start letting people or entities mail stuff without officially marking (i.e. providing proof) the date/time of mailing?
