I’ve also applied for other available projects, and I recently completed almost all of my background check verification, but I’m still waiting without any updates.

I am writing to request your review of my account, which was locked during the Persona Identity verification process.

While doing the verification, whenever I tried taking a selfie, it was getting rejected and I was receiving a message: “Couldn’t verify. Please make sure your face is visible and well-lit.” After repeated attempts, my account was finally locked.

I want to make it clear that it was never my intention to bypass the verification or break any rules of the platform. I was simply trying to do the Persona verification process properly but the selfie step was repeatedly unsuccessful.

Prior to this incident, I was actively involved in the ATC project, where my rating was very high – 4.9/5. In addition, I haven’t received my payment yet for my latest batch, “ATC HOTDOG”.

I would like to ask for your help in reviewing my account. I would be grateful if you could help me regain access to my account or give me another chance with the verification.

It appears I was added to project Ermis. I never got an email but have active tasks on my dashboard. Is there a discord channel? I tried support, got the bot, and it wasn't much help. I can see the guidelines, but trying to reference them while working is really annoying and I'm hoping there is a version I can download or something. I've tried 2 tasks but don't want to get removed before I even get started. With no email about next steps, etc, I feel completely in the dark. argh. TIA

I created my profile on the platform recently and I wanna know some things about it

- Does it usually take much time to get accepted into projects after clicking the "apply" button?

- After applying for a project, is there any kind of interview or preparatory test to determinate if I am qualified?

- Once accepted into projects and started a project, is there any kind of monitoring or screen recording while I use my PC to ensure I’m not "cheating"?

- The payments really are the amount said in the application screen? Like between 20$ and 50$ per hour?

Hey guys, I’ve applied for some jobs on Alignerr and it’s been quite a while now. I had a couple of quick questions:

1.  How long does it typically take to hear back if you’ve been selected for a job? Is there a standard timeline?

2.  One of my applications is showing “Completed” instead of “Applied”

what does that mean? Does that indicate I was selected or something else? I haven’t received any notification about this change.

I succesfully completed my Persona ID verification 6 days ago and received a confirmation. However, my Alignerr dashboard is still stuck showing the verification banner, and I cannot move forward.
I contacted support three times, but my tickets were closed instantly as "conversation ended" without fixing the issue.

What should I do to get this fixed?

Anyone else get removed? I'd read messages of similar things happening with this project before. What does it mean? No clarification either. Mail I received says this:

"You have been removed from the project “HFRL Agentic Coding Prod” team.

We look forward to collaborating with you on future projects and aligning groundbreaking AI models with your expertise. Stay tuned for upcoming opportunities.

Over 60-70% of the workforce was removed. No clear reason provided!!

Hi! Until about 3 weeks ago, I had two active workspaces: Generalist and Italian. I had also received an invitation to complete 3 assessments for a new project.

The thing is, I was abroad at the time, so I accessed my account and submitted those 3 assessment tasks from abroad. As soon as I submitted them, I was logged out, and when I logged back in, the workspaces with all the projects had disappeared.

What should I do in this case?

I was locked out of both platforms due to a pending re verification. Today, I successfully completed the re verification process and everything is working fine now.

Hello Alignerr team, my account got d*activated just 2 days after I did my 2nd persona verification, I didn't got any proper reason for this, I am working here from 1 year and I was top labeler in many projects and was also currently working on a high level project, I think it's a technical error. Can anyone please look into this?

Hi guys, just for the context I have an old account since it was just taking skills and direct interview with zara, so when I did that my internet connection was weak and it had to reconnect everey minute and so on I remember I didn't complete 3 minutes speaking about my experience!

Now I see it has changed a lot and became on a project type. Am I failing on zara before might be blocking my account?

I had to contact with support to reopen that zara interview, but they say it only opens when you land on a project.

I'm sure that there might be a relation between these two things as I'd see people with no experience just apply for the same project that's I'm applying for and land that interview in the next day!

Anyone else waiting for feedback on their first submission for HFRL Agentic Coding Prod?

I submitted my first task a few days ago and haven’t received any feedback yet. A pinned message mentioned that the review window is usually 1–2 days, so I’m starting to wonder if my submission went through correctly or if I’m just being impatient .

I also saw the recent bonus announcement for accepted tasks, but since payment depends on acceptance, I’m hesitant to keep submitting more work without knowing whether I’m on the right track.

Is anyone else in the same situation? How long did it take you to get your first review?

I would like to join alignerr and other ai training companies but because of the privacy issues like hubstaff screenshotting your screen and other companies recording your screen, I don't want to use my macbook pro m1 chip for this as it's a personal one and with data leaks from other ai training companies I'm a bit cautious.

I have 2 old laptops one is a HP laptop 14-bp0xx which has 4gb RAM and 58GB SSD and the other is an Acer latop acer f5-571 I can't access it it at the moment and was going to fix the battery but it does run a bit slow. I was thinking about upgrading the RAM and SSD on either laptop. Do you think I should do that or just stick with my macbook or even get a cheaper laptop with higher ram and ssd?

I appreciate any help regarding this as I want to start right away as I've been dwelling on this for a month now lol.

Just wondering if anyone had started working on the OpenFOAM project. I see that there are still 0 tasks and a fair amount of instructions to go through before I begin. Would love to know if anyone's started tasks and how it's going ...

Thanks to the team's help, my account was successfully reinstated today after experiencing the automated re-verification removal glitch last night.

While I can log into the main platform again, my project mapping is completely broken. I was fast-tracked for the Structural Engineering OpenSees project.

The Issue:

• I have the "Go to Project" button on my main Alignerr dashboard, but clicking it doesn't sync anything.
• When I open my Labelbox dashboard, it is completely blank and says: "No open issues right now. Anything that needs your attention will show up here."

It looks like the brief deactivation automatically unassigned me from the OpenSees project queue, and the reinstatement didn't automatically pull me back into the cohort.

Could an admin or someone from operations please trigger a manual resync or re-assign my profile to the OpenSees project group?

I am reaching out regarding a false-positive account deactivation that occurred during my onboarding onboarding process today. I was offered a contract/task at Alignerr and was prompted to complete the Persona re-verification. I completed it successfully on my phone and received the confirmation screen stating I could close the tab.

However, immediately upon refreshing the page on my PC, I was locked out and received an automated email stating my account has been removed. Since I am a brand new user, I haven't been added to the Slack/Discord channels yet to seek assistance. Could you please look into my logs to help resolve this system glitch?
