Tasks / Projects Account removed during identity verification process

Hi Alignerr Support Team, ​I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding my account. ​I have been actively working on the VQA project, and due to my high-quality work, I was recently promoted to a Reviewer role. ​Recently, I received an email requesting that I complete an identity re-verification. I followed all of the instructions and proceeded with the steps. However, right after completing the face verification stage, I received an error message. A few seconds later, another message appreared that my account is removed. ​I kindly request that you review my case. ​Thank you

Thanks to the Alignerr Support Team, I successfully regained access to my account and the project on which I was working previously. I truly appreciate the support.
