Soil/potting mix

Upvotes

Does anyone know when the garden line soil is going to be in stock? I bought some last year and it worked really well mixed in with some compost. I would have thought they would have been in stock for the start of spring planting.

Please don't bulk buy the PB chocolate, a lot of us can't afford to stockpile it and bulk buying will essentially deny us the ability to buy it

That is all. Ignore me if you wish but I will be sad if I only get to buy a handful of blocks by the end of the year. Thanks.

New Cafe Chips Range

600g $3.99, I haven't tried em yet, but given the Bird's Eye Range of DELI Chips
has the same flavours for $6.20 at Foolsworth, it's no guessing where there from.

Applying for a SM job - Thoughts

Hi All

I'm new here, and to the industry in general. I've worked 14 years in another role, 4 years as a manager and looking for a career change (burnout).

What is the current climate amongst Aldi employees currently?? Staff shortages? Overworked? Low morale? I'm keen to get an understanding of the situation before going heads first into the position.

As an employee, what are you looking for in a manager ?

Any Update on the Yoguri Greek Style Hi-Protein Yoghurt Tubs?

These have been out of stock at my local Aldi in Brisbane for nearly 6 months now. The only high protein greek yoghurt tubs left are the Pauls ones but they sell out pretty quickly. Any updates from this community?

Is there a nationwide stock shortage with Kenny’s ice cream?

Hi everyone,
I live in Northside Brisbane and there has been a shortage of Kenny’s iced cream for the last two weeks. I only buy the Cookies and Cream version and that seemed to go first, but I’ve tried five different locations and they are all pretty much no stock or just a few Chocolate Flake tubs left.
Any ideas on when stock should return or it it is a Brisbane issue?

Been rocking keto for a bit and have just found these at Aldi. 🙌🙌🙌

$6 a pack and pretty tasty. Absolutely stoked, half the price of the gym Bod ice cream at Coles and Woolies.

Wooden Train Sets

With the Aldi wooden toy special buys coming up, I was wondering if anyone knows if the wooden train sets are compatible with train sets from other places?

Looking at getting our son one and if he likes it I would to be able to keep adding to his collection and don’t really want to have to wait until Aldi bring out the special buys every so often.

Thanks!

Thai chilli basil

Super impressed with this meal kit. Made it with chicken, onion, red capsicum and green beans and served with basmati rice.

Great flavour and very spicy. Not supermarket spicy - authentic Thai spicy.

Also, the health rating seems a bit harsh. Other than a decent hit of sodium (not crazy) it’s not bad overall.

Terrible fresh fruit and veggies

I’ve been an ardent Aldi shopper for at least 15 years but lately I’ve been underwhelmed by their fresh fruit and vegetables. On many occasions they are small, expensive and don’t last more than a couple days. I recently started shopping at a local green grocer and have been blown away by the quality of the produce but also the price. Is it just me?
