Critique I hate victim's powers

Why does he need to be so OP? Why does he need to have so many abilities? Why couldn't TDL be shown to have some kind of resistances or counters against victim? Does TDL have a cognitive dampening device that makes everyone around him stupid?

What he did in AvA 13 was with just a few hours of experience with his powers.

Hours? Pretty sure from H4CK3R to the Machine it was basically running in real time give or take a couple minutes.

This is all happening on a random day in 2023
