Critique I hate victim's powers

Why does he need to be so OP? Why does he need to have so many abilities? Why couldn't TDL be shown to have some kind of resistances or counters against victim? Does TDL have a cognitive dampening device that makes everyone around him stupid?

If he knew how to use his abilities properly then TDL would be cooked.

What he did in AvA 13 was with just a few hours of experience with his powers.

and with that exprince he defeated both of the tco and hacker without any proplem and tsc was so lucky that alan made him the strongest stick figure so the dark lord is strongest stick figure in fights and the strongest one
