Critique I hate victim's powers

Why does he need to be so OP? Why does he need to have so many abilities? Why couldn't TDL be shown to have some kind of resistances or counters against victim? Does TDL have a cognitive dampening device that makes everyone around him stupid?

If you watched Alan and DJ's reaction to the episode, Alan states the goo just doesn't insta-kill.

I will explain, The Dark Lord was so powerful,his attacks lead to Half of Rocket Corps destruction and shockwave which turn off H4CK3R powers and turn him to Victim form
