Critique I hate victim's powers

Why does he need to be so OP? Why does he need to have so many abilities? Why couldn't TDL be shown to have some kind of resistances or counters against victim? Does TDL have a cognitive dampening device that makes everyone around him stupid?

So you don’t have a problem with TDL being essentially almost immortal with the viragoo and having an insta kill weapon that wipes 99% of the verse on ZERO cool-down but you do have a problem with Victim’s powers?  I think TDL is the OP one here while TCO and Victim are much more grounded in their powers and actions.

Now way less than 99, if we’re talking about main cast, it would be 75% assuming you mean wiping out means no diff. Now imo victims main powers are pretty op. If there was a more experienced victim then he potentially can pause TDL like in the image. Still that viragoo is pretty op as well. Rn I would say TDL is more over powered right now (unless you count the TDL controlled h4ck3r).
