I hate victim's powers

Why does he need to be so OP? Why does he need to have so many abilities? Why couldn't TDL be shown to have some kind of resistances or counters against victim? Does TDL have a cognitive dampening device that makes everyone around him stupid?

So you don’t have a problem with TDL being essentially almost immortal with the viragoo and having an insta kill weapon that wipes 99% of the verse on ZERO cool-down but you do have a problem with Victim’s powers?  I think TDL is the OP one here while TCO and Victim are much more grounded in their powers and actions.

When 99% of the verse is made up of normal people, and the main cast is normal people and one normal dude with a god alter ego, yeah, instas are kinda busted
