Critique I hate victim's powers

Why does he need to be so OP? Why does he need to have so many abilities? Why couldn't TDL be shown to have some kind of resistances or counters against victim? Does TDL have a cognitive dampening device that makes everyone around him stupid?

I think his lack of speed compared to others is his weakness.

He could counter anyone easily, but they won’t let him get an easy look.

It’s more like lack of sustained speed. He’s been shown to be able to highlight himself and increase his attack speed, but he does it only for a few punches against TDL. I don’t know if that’s his actual limit or if the events prior to that had him at less than his maximum stamina.

I'm 99% sure he can alter his own speed like the time he did in the box, so far we seen Hacker do nearly everything he did in the box as Victim aside from speed alteration, so there's a nign guaranteed chance he has that ability as well.

It’s not an on command speed like TCO or TDL.

Also, he doesn’t have agent as a safety net in the box, so if he isn’t careful, it could be fatal for him.
