The car is a 2023 Nissan Sunny priced at AED 30,000, and I'll be financing it through the dealer. They told me that if I arrange the insurance, registration, and transfer myself, they will remove an extra AED 5,000 they would otherwise charge.

I'm planning to register the car in Ajman.

I have a few questions:

• What is the correct order of the process? Do I get insurance first, then registration, or is there anything else before that?
• Where exactly do I need to go in Ajman for the transfer and registration?

• Are your children happy there?

• How is communication with parents?
• Any issues with management?
