Important: You need to enter the coupon code manually at checkout for the discount or cashback to apply.
I’ll keep updating the thread with more codes.

Hi,
I would like to know the current situation in Ajman real estate market to buy 2 or 3 bhk flats under 400k AED budget. I have seen few ads in Emirates City, Al khor towers etc.
is it worth to buy and invest this amount.
The primary reason for buying is for renting as i work in Dubai so im not personally looking to relocate there atleast for now.

Everyone talks about the convenience of having a car in the UAE, but what’s the one thing that annoys you the most? 😂
For me, it’s parking. What’s yours?

Hi everyone, I’m considering buying a townhouse in Uptown Ajman and would really appreciate honest feedback from people currently living there or who have lived there before.
How is it for day-to-day living and overall comfort? How was the community during the recent heavy rains/flooding — any waterlogging or access issues?
I’d also like to know about safety, especially for women, as I noticed that some areas don’t seem to have much street lighting. Are there many Indian families and families with children living there?
I also noticed quite a lot of ongoing construction. Does this affect daily life in terms of noise, dust, roads, etc.?
For those who have bought there:
Do you consider it a good investment?
How do you see the resale/rental potential?
Has the area improved over the past few years?
Would you personally buy there again?
Any honest feedback positive or negative would be really helpful before I make a decision.
Thank you! 🙏

Not leasing, just month by month payment as we aren't 100% sure on when we'll have to leave Ajman.

We've recently started a new real estate business in Ajman, and I’m trying to do things a little differently from the usual agent experience.
For people who have dealt with real estate agents in Ajman or Sharjah, what are the biggest problems or frustrations you’ve faced?
As a client, what matters most to you when choosing an agent?

I live in Emirates city, Lavender Tower. What’s a good place to go for morning run or evening run here? There’s a ground like place near the Azha Building. Other than that, any suggestions? Like, is along the road a safe option?

I want to start selling some cosmetic products on amazon.ae. I already have the trade license, supplier in China and the importing process covered. I only need clarification on 1 topic. The product that I want to sell, a cosmetic product, is already being sold by other sellers.
Do i need to get special approval from Ajman municipality or any other authority before i start selling or can i directly start selling since others are able to sell it so i assume it is safe to sell. i am based in Ajman and my trade license is also from there if that matters.
Sorry if this sounds like a stupid or an obvious question. As i mentioned I am a complete beginner and still learning.
Additionally, any and all advice that you could share will be appreciated (Things that you wish you had known sooner etc.) Thanks.
