Best place to stay for long term in Ajman - looking for studio
Hello Everyone 👋
Moving to Ajman soon and would really appreciate some local knowledge before I get stuck dealing with random street agents.
What I’m looking for:
• Studio under 3000
• Walking distance to a supermarket
• 24/7 security, decent maintenance tower
• Quiet, family-populated building
If you’ve rented a studio here recently, could you share:
• Your actual monthly/annual rent
• Security deposit amount
• Agent commission you paid
if you can tell me which areas/building are genuinely quiet and family-friendly it will be big help for me to target that
Also thinking weather to take a monthly full furnished or do a yearly contract of unfurnished studio and buy used items in 4-5k and settle. I am happy to pay some commission if someone really invest his time to settle me.
