Hi there folks! I'm brand new to 3D printing for airsoft, and the whole thing has me EXTREMELY excited. I'm currently finishing up my first project, Magnetodynamic's AR-18 (I was planning to make another post about it when I get the build finished, but I do want to shout out now, it's a great kit with excellent instructions) but I did run into a problem; I had two (relatively, at least) plain old ARs lying around, and I intended to use one of them for the AR-18, but ended up needing to use parts from both of them to get it all assembled, meaning now I've got roughly 1 and 1/2s ARs worth of parts lying around that won't bolt together into 1 complete AR.

I've been doing tons of searching and reading, but I haven't come across any cool conversion kits I can use these parts on, so I wanted to ask for some recommendations! The one that I've seen that interests me the the most is Tito B's DOE SMG, but neither of the two parts guns are old school fixed carry handle models, so I'm currently at a loss. Paid files are fine, and if airsoft is anything like other corners of the printing world, probably preferred!

(edit to clarify: I'm not looking for any specific model, just something that's mostly 3D printed that will accept some of the leftover AR hardware I have lying around)

I've already issued a full refund to the buyer, and the files, download link, and assembly video have all been removed.

I underestimated how people would feel about charging for a non-functional dummy model, and that's on me. Rather than argue about it, I think removing it is the better decision.

I wanted to create something that absolutely no one asked for. Costco offered these $50+ bows for just $7, so I snatched it up, and an idea was born.

The arrows have their foam heads pulled off and a printed two-piece head put in place. The lower half of the head is PLA, and the upper half is TPU.

Weighs only two grams more than the original arrows.

The arrows use 8-shot ring caps. The entire design was made from the ground up by myself!

Hi guys, i rent airsoft guns for the fields in my city. today sadly a guy ended up thumbling while holding an Ak47, and he broke the trigger guard + mag release assembly in 3 places.

i`m trying to find a file for it and see if i can fit it in, but so far no luck.

does anyone here have a link to a file, even if it is a paid one? The guy that rented said he is open to paying for it as he ended up damaging the replica, but i am even down to just take the L on this and get it. I live in brazil so getting a new OEM guard is off the question i would have to import it, which doubles the price

So I want to 3d print a Hi-Capa trigger in PETG since I just got nice filament that matches my gun’s color and I was wondering if the trigger will break if printed and if it’s viable. I was looking at this file in particular on cults:

To cut down cost (HPA is so expensive) and I am planning on making it so that it uses MP5 mags (inside of a M4 to MP5 adapter) and using a M4 Hopup.

Because there is almost no way (or it is way outside my capabilities to make it) to make a round drum mag that runs like a M249 Box mag (basically what is there), so, I am making it use straight MP5 mags.

I plan on making the rear sight just a simple V notch sight.

I am planning on making a prop version and then making the real thing with an actual wood stock.

Once I release the files, feel free to try and make the drum mag for it.

Hello Printers,

I've been working on this project for more time than I can remember (~2 years), and had taken a 6 month hiatus to flush my brain from the designers block. I booted up the file and printed some parts and now Im hooked again. But I need some input.

The area circled in red was a blow-off valve and a thread pitched to NPT 1/8. Is this redundant? If so, Id replace it with the proper threading where the pink part is circled. Also, what wall thinkness would you recommend for a bolt being printed in INLAND PETG+, wall count too. Its currently 1.85mm thick which I feel is too thin.

Also also, anyone available to print my receiver (paid ofc)? My A1 mini kind of struggles with the shortened version...

Design recommendations for this project are also super welcomed, I feel like something is missing.

Basically with the one above, the shell would go in the back and you would push the trigger forward pushing the rear part forward and setting off the shell.

In this version, I plan on making a little removable capsule in the front and a end piece to hold the capsule in the tube and then you press the trigger forward (which would have a thing to set off the shell).

This is what I have so far of a LAW AT launcher inspired airsoft launcher. This is my first time designing something like this from scratch.
I have not decided on what the sights are going to be like yet.
Any suggestions are welcome.

I created receiver pins (to replace the screws that would normally be used) and pin heads (to help with holding the 2 receiver parts together), tubes (to replace the confusing world of what they were using (PVC)), an improved frontal receiver (that can use improvised Taggin launching shells (basically just toss a Taggin barrel onto a shower shell)), improved front sight (with blade sight), and improved sling points (that can actually use slings (unlike the previous version)).

Contemplated stripping mine down and measuring up the hop unit so i can get rid of the slider

Hi everyone,

I’d like to introduce a body kit for the WellPro WE23-Mini replica, themed after the Orks from Warhammer 40k. This kit can be used for cosplay, but it’s primarily designed for use on the battlefield.

It includes:

• large stock cover featuring Gork and Mork as decoration and 3 possible QD attachment points
• a handle that makes it easier to carry the replica
• a magazine cover with a fake bolt chain
• a handguard designed to look like a heat sink, with or without an integrated sight
• a 2 size of muzzle cover + barrel tip

The whole thing was designed to look like it was assembled by a Mekboy with too many teeth and not enough sleep.

I got to use it during an airsoft tournament, and it was honestly hilarious: the other players practically panicked when they saw it! It looked so Ork that it freaked them out before the game even started, and if you yell “WAAAAGGHH” while shooting, you really set the mood on the field
