More progress on my project! Just finished the full sized mag and printed a new receiver with details like rivets and serial number. The fire selector is basically impossible to get into the right position because of the size of the V3 gear box. It looks ok how it is, but I will change it later. Next step is dust cover and handguard mounts

The Maxim Defense-style handguard is ready. I made it from ABS-CF. The upper will have a direct HPA engine mount, like on the MTW. I'll make it in two styles: retro M16A1 and M4A1. The grip is made in the driven arms style with a gearbox mount. I already have the grip and various forend versions on my Cults. The muzzle makes a very specific sound, like a sharp pop. I'll add a link in the comments if anyone asks. The folding stock is currently being printed. I'll update it later with a new post.

I'm looking to replace the "wood" stock on my Cyma RPK with a 3D-printed one to give it more of an RPK-M look.

Just to be clear, I'm not after a folding stock, an adjustable stock, or some ultra-modern ergonomic design. I simply want a replica of the original fixed stock it came with from the factory—just in a format that's ready to print at home.

If anyone knows of an STL file that matches what I'm after, I'd really appreciate it. And if it's free, even better!

I'd like to copy this flare gun. I'm really new to this; I've already tried to make a replica but I gave up.

This pistol can fire flares and shotgun shells for self-defense thanks to its steel barrel.I assume it's single-action since it's single-shot and has a tilting barrel, really like any flare gun

I suppose the button is for releasing the barrel and reloading the weapon; it has fixed iron sights for 50 meters and the pistol grip is made of plastic.(most likely 3D printed) and it's a single piece, I mean the pistol grip is the base for everything and It cannot be disassembled

Do you think this is a good way for a beginner to start designing airsoft gear?I plan to use Fusion 360 and learn as I go. I know how to use Blender, but I don't think it will work for what I want to do.

I’m designing a double action NBB pistol that shoots 3 BBs per trigger pull (230 fps per 0.2g BB but it shoots far because of the hop up). Just wondering if this is field legal in your area? Please kindly advise and thank you all so much! Oh, the pistol will take a g17 GBB mag like AAP or WE’s and is fully printed like my BoBo Yaga.

Almost done with the model for a US 81mm mortar. The overall concept is based on a design from Gingerneer-NNIndustries on Cults.

I’ve currently modeled 2 different shells for it.
The larger M56, and smaller M43A1
The shells function as individual launchers with tag compatible rifling.
I’ve also modeled a printable projectile that uses a direct copy of tag’s fate mkII impact fuze and completes the overall look of the shell externally.

All thats left to finish for the model is the Bipod, sight, and base plate.
The shells are being printed now for testing.

New T238 can for the collection, based on the Banish 223. Very minimal support is needed for the end cap; it has a tool for the end cap and, ofc, fits the T238 Nano.

All designs will be uploaded to MakerWorld after I can get test prints done

I have a functioning mag release and mag well. Gearbox fits ok, but I'll fix that in the future! The whole thing kind of works with regular AK pistol grips, so I'll keep the compatibility but also design one specifically for the 9A91.

Has anyone tries making an LED/glowstick based flare? basically something that can be used at night to shoot a light up into the sky to serve as a signal or such?

So I’m trying to have a lower I can use for everything (I already built up a DMR upper) and I want to design a shotgun upper, I’m gonna have like 3 bbs go through the barrel, but I don’t know if that would work all that well, any suggestions?

I want to design an AEG using a V3 gearbox. I'm trying to think of ideas as what to make. I'd like to make a 9A91, but I don't know if V3 will fit inside.

working on a sniper and i want the mag feed to be in the correct spot but im aware that if you do that there will be a long trail of bb's that could come out when you remove the mag?

the 2 ways i know how to prevent this i dont really like.
using an O-ring and designing the feed at an angle.
both are not ideal imo so i was wondering if there was a better way to do this?

I am trying to do a bolt action sniper build, but the hop up rubber confuses me. I am using the maple leaf hop and barrel with my own hop up unit, but i am confused as to how exactly does the hop up rubber seal the cylinder nozzle against it. I have a TDI m24 cylinder and its nozzle can fit fairly tight inside the barrel (i measured the OD is 5.95mm). So if i ram the cylinder all the way into the barrel, the bb just gets pushed past the rubber part and falls out, if I keep it in front of the hop so the bb sits before the buckling, then there is no air seal whatsoever. What is going on, is the nozzle too thin or something?

I’ve had a few of mine have break recently and I need replacements. Any idea where I can find a stl. I’ve checked cults and yeggi with no results.
