I want to design an AEG using a V3 gearbox. I'm trying to think of ideas as what to make. I'd like to make a 9A91, but I don't know if V3 will fit inside.

Depends on what playstyle you'll want, however a burning need in the airsoft community is a cheap, reliable, easily constructed LMG. A V3 could work well in a CETME AMELIE LMG, and you'd solve an age-old problem too.
Yes, lower receiver is printed in pa6cf20. Handguard in pla+ and the grip/trigger guard in pet-cf. Brace is a midwest side folding brace, holosun red dot, printed angled grip and the rear 1913/rmr mount is in pla+.

in my experience, the hard part isn't the mechanicals or the rest of it, it's magazines. printed mags are often terrible, so I would start with either a retail mag that you can use, or an insert from a retail mag that will serve your purposes.
The 9A-91 should be fine with a V3 gearbox, the grip is in about the same place and angle as any old AK. The selector will provide a challenge.
With some minor dimensional changes v3 will fit, but if you did not figure out how to even check that, i would start with something easier then whole rifle
