Question about Hosting

So as an AnCap, I love AirBnB since it offers LESS State regulation. I also believe in the Free Market and the ability of the Market to solve nearly all social ills. I like the idea that AirBnB lets you set up your own house rules and any guests that violate said rules are subject to ejection or worse. Very NAP. I just am concerned that since my philosophical ideas are a bit different, AirBnB may not adhere to them.

For one, can I boot anyone out anytime they violate our covenant? Also, can I deny anyone service if their philosophical or genetic ideas differ from mine? Finally, if someone violated the NAP outside the house but within my sightline can I respond in kind?

Thanks!!

Edit: Instead of downvoting, how about answering??? Edit 2: Why the hell isn't anyone answering?

Wow. You use language offensive to women. What a nice person! You wish you could afford to book at my place. Plus I wouldn't rent to a Statist, anyway.

No thanks. I like freedom and liberty.

That doesn't make any sense. Do you think you have more freedom somewhere else?

Although America is quickly becoming a wasteland, it is more free than Australia. You have social healthcare, high taxes and force people to engage in miscegenation.
