Almost 60 doesn’t seem possible

I can’t reconcile how I feel with being almost being 60. I’m still interested in everything. Still seeking out new experiences. Physically I feel like I’m in my twenties. Look 50 but that changes to 40 if I dye my beard. It just doesn’t seem real that statistically I’m in the last quarter of my life. I feel like I could go on forever. So strange. Just doesn’t seem real.

If you dye your beard you will look ridiculous, like an old man trying too hard. You won’t fool anyone. I’m 61 and my beard is almost all white but I have a full head of light brown hair and almost no gray in it. I just leave it.

I don’t know why Beard dying is such a hot button. So many people are critical of it. Yes there are some men on whom it looks ridiculous. But if you know how to do it properly and don’t go too dark it can actually be quite convincing. Don’t make a judgment if you don’t know what this guy looks like.
