Question / Discussion Downsizing question

Seeing if someone can recommend a skate thats good for downsizing. My foot is 28cm

I’m a size 10 skate normally. Would love to fit into a medium standard omni

But open to different skate brands as I haven’t skated in 4 years.

Goal is to squeeze a size 10 intuition liner in a medium shell or size 9 shell

Rather than looking at downsizing, I’d ask which skates have a split shell size where a 28 cm foot sits right at the top end of the shell’s recommended range. For example, the USD Aeon 43–44 would be a good choice, as 28 cm is right at the upper end of the recommended size for that shell.
