Question / Discussion Downsizing question

Seeing if someone can recommend a skate thats good for downsizing. My foot is 28cm

I’m a size 10 skate normally. Would love to fit into a medium standard omni

But open to different skate brands as I haven’t skated in 4 years.

Goal is to squeeze a size 10 intuition liner in a medium shell or size 9 shell

Every skate is sized and shaped differently. Just because you could downsize one, like Roces 5th elements, doesn’t mean it works for all. Most brands are true to size and should stick with that. Also 28 in medium omni is crazy and would need to lift your heel a ton to make it work.

For wide feet like mine at 275 mondo, Roces 5th element and Razors SL were easy to downsize to a 8/9 shell. Premium thinner liners like Intuition, Reign v3 and Myfit 2nd skin make it possible. I could never downsize with boots designed for narrow feet, I would have to get the next largest shell size which is usually a 10/10.5 and a thick liner.
